Construction Supervision

The supervision staff carries out duties assigned to the team lead by the head office as the Engineer’s firm management close inspection providing the required resource and support to the Engineer’s representative on site in harmony with the respective contractual assignments. The duties and mandates are formally communicated to assure best satisfaction of the Client without compromising quality of works and acceptance criteria set forth in the Contract specification, Methods of construction, Special provisions and contract conditions. The company management is closely following in regular bases to assure strict adherence of the modern construction management systems: to the Supervision quality assurance manual, plan and procedures to the supervision service deliverables , inspection of work contract duties and pertinent work break down structures coming in to picture whilst assuring compliances of designed quality and set of acceptance criteria’s, visual inspections, laboratory test confirmations , rejection for events occurring otherwise. We regularly provide in-house and outsource trainings for enhanced tools and skill upgrading of our Senior and Junior staffs and as a result we have diligent, well-disciplined, folks of principle and integrity, ethically transparent modus “always doing the right thing first” with talented working staffs operating at harsh conditions and complex undertakings of Road, Bridge, building and etc. while undertaking construction implementation duties.
